As a mortgage broker, I will walk you through your options in buying a home or refinancing your current home loan.
Preapprovals are the first step in qualification for home ownership. A preapproval consists of a completed loan application and supporting documents. Before you find a realtor to help you with your home search, you’ll want to know what price range you’ll want to be looking in, depending on the payment you feel comfortable with.
Who I Help
It is my greatest pleasure to be helping active members of our military, veterans, first-time homebuyers, and members of the community looking to become homeowners to fulfill their retirement goals and investment aspirations. However, with the broad spectrum of financing available to me as an independent broker, there’s a program for everyone in residential real estate.

We close as early as 14 days compared to competitors’ 30-45 day close times.

We can issue same day pre-underwritten approvals for our clients once docs are provided

I am available to my clients, realtors, and listing agents after typical business hours. I recognize real estate transactions often happen outside of normal office hours which is why I strive in being available to my clients during those after-hour times. Just text/email me the property address and I can price out the loan and provide an estimated mortgage payment anytime.
